Kodi had excellent customer service and Jason the tech who worked on my vehicle was nice enough to put my vehicle back together so I could drive it until the parts came in. Once the parts came in, he was quick to request the return visit and got it handled in one day. Thank you all so much for taking care of my family's vehicle!

Thecwork looks like a brand new car. Garff was able to get me in early and completed in 2 wks and a day (had told me 2-3wks originally). Very professional, half the price of another body shop, & easier to deal with. Came in at estimate. Kept me updated. Even detailed my car before returning to me. Highly recommended!!

The job appears to be very well done. I am pleased. It was a very long time before needed parts were available, but only Ford Corporation and not the dealership is to blame for a failure to have a supply chain that can meet demand in a timely manner. A big thank you to the Ken Garff Ford Collision shop for their excellent work. It's wonderful to have my truck back.
