We have had the Body shop at Ken Garff repair two of our vehicles in the last 7 months for Hail damage. Jake Stout and the crew did an amazing job! 2024 Sonata, and 2019 Ram Truck. All the staff in the office and the shops are very Professional and some of the friendliest PEOPLE my wife and I ever worked with. The people at the front counter were kind and courteous. The scheduling was efficient. The communication about the repairs and how we were moving along in the progress was excellent. To me, the repairs look great and the car is painted beautiful. The checkout was a little precarious, but in the end, the front desk, people handled it professionally.
