State Farm has tried to call you to have you get in touch with me to take care of some things that were not taken care of. Number one, there are some deep scratches on the back end of the passenger side of my roof that were not there when I brought it in. I was told after a brief run inside and a quick peek that the scratches were on the pictures from when I brought it in, however, I was not shown those pictures and there’s no way they were there prior to my bringing it in. When I did my video through State Farm’s app for the initial preview of the hail damage, those scratches were absolutely not up there. I believe it happened at Ken Garff during the hail repairs And State Farm wants Ken Garff to fix it as I’m not satisfied and my boyfriend is 6 foot two and always sees the roof of my car and never saw any such thing even when he was looking around to see how many hail dents were up there, but it was the first thing he noticed when I picked my car up were those scratches and they’re rather deep And they wouldn’t be caused by a tree or a shrub, not that I drove under any at any time, but they seem to have to have been done by metal scraping on metal. Number two, I believe you should replace like for like and my original windshield had tint across the top, and I feel strongly that my windshield should have been replaced, including the tint across the top portion of the windshield. Had I taken it anywhere else to be done, I would’ve made sure that had happened. There are also a few little chips in the paint that I believe, probably occurred due to the hail and should have been Filled in or repaired at the time of the hail damage repairs.

Customer service was polite and friendly; however, I believe that if he ran inside to take a peek at the photos and saw scratches on them, they had to have been from pictures after the hill damage repair because they were not there when I brought it in.
