There was a few things that got missed thru the repair process ie not checking to see if the vehicle lines lined up properly and some parts weren't order until the last minute when they were informed about the damaged parts at the beginning of the repair process. There were also some reassembly issues as well. Windshield washer hoses not connected and a tail light that wasn't installed properly. All these are but looked into but not without the inconvenience of having to take the vehicle back after the main repairs are done.

I was initially told my repair was a small job only requiring 3 days probably and that parts were quick and easy to get. I dropped my car off not realizing the parts had not been ordered, it was taken apart there was a bit more damage, however the parts that were back ordered were the parts they knew they were going to need not the extra work. So then I was quoted 10 days for repairs. You kept my vehicle 10=days the parts were back ordered again…Brittany was very good at working on my behalf to get the vehicle put back together so I could drive it until the parts arrived. I just would have never dropped off my vehicle if I knew the parts were back ordered as I was very concerned about not having a vehicle for so long considering it was minor damage and driveable.

The excessive amount of time tsken for the repair is my only complaint. The quality of work done and the friendliness and helpfulness ogf everyone in the repair shopeas fantastic. I would reccomend you to anyone. Thanks for a job well done. Extra thanks to Kody and Michael .

My only problem wasthe length of time taken for the repair. (3 months seemed excessive) The quality of the work performed was great. The customer service was outstamding. Special thanks to Cody and Michael. They went above and beyond to satisfy me.

Service wrecked my truck Smashed my air lines for rear bags when put the bed back on Destroyed factory connections under truck for wiring and zip tied them together Ran electrical back in wrong location vulnerable to ripping entire electrical system at back of truck completely off No no I’m not happy
