It would be nice to have the shop go through and explain the work completed on the vehicle with you before payment of deductible or keys returned.

damage repair looks good but the repair was scheduled to be only a week. a week into the job they called and said they were waiting for a part. 3 weeks later the car was finished. if you don't have the parts you need to do the job, don't take possession of the vehicle. very unprofessional.

Sorry to be late answering your text. Me car looks beautiful and I am so pleased with your work. The only thing I have noticed is wind blowing in at the top of the door. My son drove me to Denver yesterday and I could feel it as well as hear the noise. I think that needs to be checked. Let me know what you think.
