Took twice as long then was scheduled for. There was bolts missing I had to go back and have installed. Fresh paint on was scratched badly from detailer. Had to take it to another shop to get job complete on my own time. Will not be taking any my trucks back for anything.

Brittany and Cody were extremely pleasant and helpful. They both went above and beyond keeping me informed and updated on the progress of my repair. They even went as far as to help me secure a rental car. I am extremely pleased with the customer service.

There was some sort of residue on my grill after repairs. The blame game started that it was that way before I dropped the truck off. After debating with a worker, the manager came to look and agreed it happened during repair and told the worker to get virgin paint thinner to wipe it off. It worked. Twice now I have had my truck out there and got it back with issues that had to be resolved AFTER being blamed for the issue. (All 4 rims scratched by impact wrench during tire rotation) All rims were replaced.
