Frederick Cook is phenomenal at his job. He make the process easy and was very clear with the steps I needed to take. Hopefully I never need my car to be fixed again but because of Mr. Cook if I ever do, I will be going back to Ken Graftt Collison Center.

Frederick Cook was absolutely incredible! Getting your car smashed is not fun at all but honestly I feel so much better because not only is my car fixed, but I know one hundred percent where I’m going if it ever happens again.
