If you ever need an excellent body shop, go to Ken Pollock Collision Center in Hunlock Creek and see Mike Wynn. I dropped Sully (yes my car has a name) off on Monday and it was done yesterday. Honestly, if I didn’t go through insurance, I would’ve paid out-of-pocket because the estimate was phenomenal for the work that needed to be done. Bonus: they cleaned the inside of my car! Any future work we need to get done on our vehicles we with without questioning go back to Ken Pollock Collision Center.

I had damage to my front driver's side bumper and was so worried about going to the mechanics because you never know who you can trust. Will they overcharge you or delay repairing your car? Ken Pollock Collision Center is NOT one of those places. We went on Friday morning to get an estimate and by that afternoon, we had the total. If I hadn’t already gone through my insurance, I would have paid out of pocket because the estimate was amazing for the work that needed to be done. Mike Wynn made the process so smooth and put me at ease instantly. I dropped my vehicle off the following Monday and it was done the next day! I couldn’t believe how quickly they got the work done. The paint they made matches perfectly and aside from pictures, no one would know any damage had happened. They also detailed the inside of my car which blew me away. I drove away with what felt like a brand new car. Without a doubt, any type of body work my husband or I should need on our vehicles, we will go back to Ken Pollock Collision Center and be at ease knowing our cars are in good hands with Mike. The guys were awesome! Very good and fast. Plus they returned the truck completely clean. Inside and out!!! Great service!! You just don’t see that level of care today. I truly appreciated it.

Just the easy things were changed. Mirror is still broke scratches in the fender. They refused to change the steering box. The truck pulls to the left. They said they don't do mechanical work, but he did take all the money. Will absolutely never use this place again.
