Mike answered all my questions. He called for the rental car for me, it arrived within 20 minutes! They kept me informed each day on progress, and finished the car 2 days early!! When I went to pick it up, I was able to leave the rental car there! Such a painless and easy process!! My car looks like it just left the show room floor! Highly recommend Ken Pollock Collision!!

Unfortunately I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that runs the collision center on 11 but he went above and beyond to make this process as painless as possible. Completely professional and great customer service. Because of him I will most likely buy my next new vehicle at Ken Pollock Nissan.

We have not had the chance to drive the car much, , but would love to comment on the process. It was at the shop the day after hitting the deer and was completed very quickly. The best part was the almost daily communication via emails of the progress and when to expect completion. Mike was excellent as well! I would recommend this to anyone who may need it! The car was also very clean upon pick up! Thank you!
