I feel that Mike went over and above. He had staff buff out scratches in my headlight when I was there for an estimate.Mike drove me home when I dropped off my car and picked me up when it was ready. Repair was done quickly.

Mike and Curt were very concerned about my needs in getting my CRV fixed and the timeline that worked for me since I do a lot of long distance driving. When I dropped my CRV off, I was given a date as to when it would be fixed, however, it was fixed earlier than expected which also worked for me. Each day I did receive an email about the repair progress. I would definitely recommend Ken Pollock Collision for any auto repairs.
