I am not happy with the fact that my brush guard was just straightened out and not replaced. The interior console was broken and not replaced or touched. When I think of fixing car accident parts I think it should include any and all. Nothing was checked for safety. I don’t need a call regarding these issues as there really is no customer service in any type of business anymore. It’s just so as little as possible and earn as much as possible.

I am concerned as to why both insurance (Liberty Mutual) and collision repair (Ken Pollock) don't check for safety concerns to vehicles after an accident. A vehicle looking good is nice bit if it's not safe then what's the point. The inner shifter console is still broken and my bush gard was not replaced it was straightened out. So it might not be as strong as it was originally. It is also scratched up. Very disappointed in both entities.
