I picked the car up on July 11. My low tire pressure icon came on. The car tire was repaired at Kendall Subaru for a cost of $30. My 89 year mother had an appointment on Eugene today, 7/12/24, the trunk would not open. She uses a walker that is stored in the back cargo area. Took the car back to Kendall Collision in Eugene. Directed to take the car out to Colberg. The did repair it. I am not happy with the quality of service. I transported my elderly mother from Roseburg to Eugene in a vehicle that I have serious concern over repair quality. She has an appointment in Portland next week. Is are car even safe to drive after these repairs?

Rob was phenomenal to work with. Quickly greeted me and made me feel at home. Walked the car with me and made sure I was ok from the accident. He got an estimate together wicked fast and got me scheduled for repair even quicker. I would come back just to chat with him. What a great dude you have working for you. Thank you for all of the help and the great repair. My car looks beautiful.
