I felt like the automated texts were giving misleading status updates and then had a hard time getting a human on the phone to verify what the texts intimated. There are a couple of botched paint spots that someone told me was where the tape was used. They aren't huge but it left me even a bit more jilted with the whole experience.

They left botched pieces of paint on both sides of the vehicle and it looks almost as bad as the dent that I came in to get fixed. Complete dissatisfaction.

The lack of quality is disappointing. I had the same issue last summer when I had my truck repaired and it took me returning 3 times only to discover paint over stray, holes not filled in, and misaligned gas door. Not customer service oriented from Manager down.
