After being rear-ended by an uninsured driver reading a cellphone, our Subaru was towed in and needed body, electric and mechanical work. This was expertly done. We were kept well informed as the work progressed.

It's too remote unless shuttles are provided. The quality of repairs is good but for someone that lives outside of Eugene the transportation vs quality doesn't make it worth the hassle. Especially when I can get just as good of work done and as timely with a shop within ride share range

The office kept me informed on a timely basis, however due to the distance from the city it was difficult to arrange drop off and pick up. If they're going to locate 20 minutes from the main population center they should be willing to arrange for transportation.
