It's too remote unless shuttles are provided. The quality of repairs is good but for someone that lives outside of Eugene the transportation vs quality doesn't make it worth the hassle. Especially when I can get just as good of work done and as timely with a shop within ride share range

The office kept me informed on a timely basis, however due to the distance from the city it was difficult to arrange drop off and pick up. If they're going to locate 20 minutes from the main population center they should be willing to arrange for transportation.

I picked up my truck on September 27, 2023 drove to the gas station and had to return right back to the shop due to over pray that was on back passenger door that had not been noticed and 2 holes that I assumed were drilled to help pull the dent out that were not completely fulled in and looked like 2 small dents. Disappointed in the lack of quality control. That a body shop would send that type of work out the door as completed. Was told now it will be anothet week!
