I have taken my car to kendall three different times for the same repair. Each time I notice after test driving it that it had not been repaired. Recently I picked my car up after repairs from a accident. After test driving it I noticed it did not run properly. Please test drive the cars after repair. I noticed engine trouble in second gear. The engine light and service light also came on.It seems to me that if the car had been driven past first gear I would not have wasted time out of my busy schedule to walk to your office in the rain only to bring the car back 5 min after picking it up. Further more I was misquoted on the estimated time 3 different times and the car took about 10 days longer to repair than originally estimated.Also I don't know if the fuel had to be drained when it was repaired but it was returned to me on a empty tank.I will never use your services again. Oh yeah I have been meaning to call you guys about selling my info to telemarketers. I bought the car from you all and two years later start getting a call about a after market warranty. They have been calling me for over a year, they switch numbers all the time so I unknowingly answer and have some one try to sell me stuff I don't want. You guys are the worst I will be sure to tell anyone who asks where I got my car where I did and to never go there for anything at all.
