Picked up Outback today and very happy with how great my car looks! Staff was professional and very friendly. I was surprised on the turnaround of 1 week and the consistent texts I received in the repair process from beginning to pick up day. I expected 2-3 weeks. Great customer service! It is too late for complete satisfaction! Long wait to get a repair slot , multiple delays and marginal communication. Talk to the Sales Manager or Mike Morrow of Kendall Lexus who picked up my message asking for help! I hope that I do not need another similar repair! .
