I live an hour away from shop and don't want to spend my time coming back for job that should have been done before I picked it up

Was treated with the highest degree of customer service ever. Everyone was so nice from the moment I entered the building, till the moment I picked up my car when it was done. the repairs to the back hatch are not up to my expectations and the rep handling the repairs agreed, so he asked me to bring it back in two weeks. I could have left it that day to have it repaired correctly and I dont understand why i have to wait two weeks.
