I am very picky about my car and was 100% satisfied with the entire process at Kenneth's!! From the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up... it was a great experience. I loved the fact that I got email updates on the progress of my car. That was awesome. Everyone I came in contact with at Kenneth's was great. Thank you so much for making this such an easy and smooth process for me. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!!! Asked for a quick turn around and it was delivered. Only small complaint I would say I have is that my car smelled like cigarettes when I got in it. Assuming whoever worked on it smokes and it was on their clothes. Other than that, fully satisfied.

Work was completed earlier than expected and with good quality. Car was reasonably cleaned (could have been a little better) but QC step missed that old bumper snaps should have been replaced...I caught and was fixed on-sight. Otherwise very good job...thank you. David Mitchell
