It took too long without any frequent updates. When I went to pick up the car, the mechanic who worked on it took the key with him offsite, this delayed us another day in getting our car back.

It took forever to get out of there. Front desk person did not know what she was doing and was not very courteous. There was no system for customer payment. No one even took me to the car to look at the work. Had to find the car on my own. I will not use Kenneth's ever again.

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. My only suggestion would be to improve the text message update system. I relied on the info given to me from the text message system and it was not completely accurate. Thanks to Bryan for another great job!
