Ray was super great; he cared and he kept me informed along the way. Getting blindsided by a car that came out of nowhere and t-boned me was traumatic enough as it was. Kenneth’s helped ease my nerves a bit.

Jonathan was marvelous. He kept me informed on the activity with my truck. When I got it back, I noticed the hood had large gap and the park light on passengerside was out. I could not get the headlight out to replace the bulb. Took the truck back. They adjusted the hood and replaced the lamp light. Hopefully I will be able to get the headlight out myself next time needed. All in all....WONDERFUL experience. I would use again.
