The customer service was poor and I would never recommend the shop to anyone. Grayson was the only person (besides the helpful admin ladies) who seemed to care and provide assistance. He was the only person who could ever return a phone call or provide a real update.

I did not receive updates via phone or text from the Service Department until the last week that you had my car. At that point Jonathan (and another person, John?) kept me in the loop. Prior to that time, I had to call in to check on the status of my car.

The SUV was left out in the rain and it started leaking through the roof. Knowing that it was there for an antenna repair and I was told not to let it be rained on. So, I kept it in the garage. After drop off. I drove by the lot over the weekend and saw it sitting in the parking lot and it rained for 3 solid days. When I received it back it was still leaking. They then took it back and said it was fixed again in about 2 hrs. It now has a sour smell inside and my backup camera no longer shows the back up lines in reverse. Not sure if that is related or not.

We are not satisfied. There's a Serious case of miscommunication and coordination in your shop. One person telling us its done, another person will say no. We drove there to pick up because one of your guys are telling us its ready. But it is actually not. Big waste of my time. Now I got my car back, but the number is not actually fixed. I never had this experience with other shops before!
