I chose Kenny Ross South on Library Road five years ago when I was rear ended to repair my car. In February 2026, I had a very complicated situation when they coordinated outstandingly the communcation with the carriers and Enterprise after my stationary car was hit by two cars in different parking lots a week apart. Kenny Ross exceeded my expectations. They did everything extremely well. I would want to compliment Grace, my initial contact as well as George and Gavin. I told him at the beginning :that it's my job to be the most cooperative customer so they can coordinate and complete the work. I would recommend them highly to others. Walt M412–3 89–0564.

I was told it would take 7 days but it took 20. They said it was taking longer due to them working on other vehicles. After two weeks I was told most likely Friday but it wasn't ready because the painter had left so I had to wait till Monday. Satisfied with the finished product but it took too long.
