I didn’t hear from anyone about the status of my repair until I reached out 6 business days later. I was originally told at my estimate it could take up to a week (the full 5 business days) to fix, but then heard nothing before going into a weekend. I think it should have been communicated with me that they needed more time. I don’t think the customer should be the one that has to call. I didn’t want to be annoying and reach out, but maybe that’s how things are supposed to be?
