The work was good, but it took almost two weeks longer than I was told.

Again, took almost two weeks longer than what I was told. It was a week and a half after I dropped off the truck that I was notified that anything was being done. I called for an update a week and a half after drop off to get an update and I think that's when something started being done.

Kentucky Collision Center was great to work with after our primary family vehicle was involved in an accident. They were thorough in their inspection and estimate. They communicated throughout the repair process. And made sure we were completely satisfied with the work they did. Hopefully we will not find ourselves in need of auto repair in the future, but if we do we will not hesitate to use them again.
