The Kentucky Collision Center was fantastic! I was so worried about my car after my wreck and they made me feel at ease. I probably called them 10 times and they answered every time kindly and willing. They answered all of my questions. They let me come see my car and retrieve some items I left in the car. My car looks better than when I got it new! I am so happy with my results. The customer service and craftsmanship is unbeatable!

The team at Kentucky Collision in Richmond took my stressful experience and made it absolutely stress free. I worked with Paul, but anyone I spoke to there was polite and cared about me and my car. I will absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Communication was lacking. Very hard to talk with someone that knew what was happening with repair and insurance. Need to communicate better and be more accessible to customers. We’re told several times upon calling “ the guy that takes care of that is not here”

Paul and I believe David (probably way wrong on the name) but all other agents involved with the Nissan rouge were outstanding with the whole process! It was so very streamlined and I felt I could totally put my trust in the company and the updates throughout the whole process were great!
