Initial communication was great but then big lack of communication. Had to call to get the estimate and they ordered parts before we had been given estimate or authorized the work. I understand this may be partly because Kenwood is newer shop for Erie.

Although I had a rental car I was without my car for two weeks. It seems that my insurance company and me paid for that rental car unnecessarily. Parts needed to be ordered and my car not really worked on until the week two. The work that was done was very good though.
