Generally speaking, I'm extremely happy with everything... From the time to get the car in, to Matt's responsiveness in keeping me updated on progress. I've never been involved in any sort of accident in 45 years of driving so this was all new to me. the rear spoiler bothers me a little, but I'm afraid to try and remove it, to use thinner tape for it, for fear of damaging the new paint. But this is a small quibble. Overall, I'm extremely happy with everything. I'll be recommending your shop to other Tracks owners who need body work.

Pros: extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, especially Matt. Went to bat for me against State Farm and are the extra cost of Tesla parts. Fast. Took good care of my stereo equipment and freshly powder coated wheels. Cons: Quite a bit of orange peel in the new paint. Quite noticable even from 4 ft. Should have found thinner mounting tape for the rear spoiler. It's slowly coming off, but I'm afraid to actually take it off for fear of damaging the new paint . Overall very happy with them .. One of the best body shop experiences I've ever had
