From the moment I contacted Kenwood's Frederick office, I was super impressed with the entire operation. Both Stephanie and Amanda provided OUTSTANDING customer service - making me feel like a VIP. Kenwood made the process of working through my insurance (USAA) completely frictionless. The work was completed quickly...I received regular updates so I knew what was going on at all times...and the finished product was as good as - or even better than - new. Best auto related experience I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending Kenwood to every one I know. Keep it up!
