The woman at the reception desk (I don’t remember her name) was amazing—she made sure that I understood each part of the process and got me in as soon as my car could be fit into the schedule. Matt kept me updated during each part of the repair and even called me personally to let me know that the repairs were completed and it was ready for pickup. When I arrived he was there to go over the car with me to be sure that I was informed about what had been found (there was a lot of hidden damage) and let me know that the work was guaranteed. Hopefully I won’t need your derives again, but if I ever do—or if someone asks me for a recommendation—I will definitely send them to Kenwood. I’m in business for myself and I know how critically important it is to communicate with clients.
