Very staff to work with and rapid repair of my car after brought for repair. The wait time to get repair was a little longer than I expected. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I'd gladly work with Key!!!

I cant even believe uou would have the gall to send this survey to me after the experience I was given! I am not typing it out here, I plan to leave a Google review. If you want details, you can call me and I will happily provide you with the details you already know! Long story short, I WILL NEVER HAVE KEY COLLISION TOUCH MY VEHICLE EVER AGAIN!

My experience was absolutely horrendous. The first repair you guys tried to pass off was pathetic and then to top it off, you damaged another part of my vehicle. I would never bring any vehicles back tonyou nor would I recommend you!

The staff at key auto body went on and above to make my experience top notch With one little side note- when I got my vehicle home And parked it for the night, the next morning My car would not start , my battery was dead- Obviously someone disconnected the battery - and it was dead in my driveway I lost a day at work because of this , and I’m thinking They must have had to jump start the car before I got there to pick up - not informing me about the issue I was very disappointed 😔- I just had to get that off my chest Sorry-
