My vehicle was presented to me as completed with the bumper & hood obviously misaligned. The hood damage was noted but not included. It was an insult to have such tacky work presented as if it could be considered satisfactory. If the Temu parts didn’t fit properly, it should have been escalated to the insurance company to be adequately rectified. None of the courtesies described in the reviews by other customers were afforded to me. And that’s ok. But to not properly perform the work you were hired to do is unacceptable.

Great communicating company. Set delivery date and delivered right on time. I know nothing about auto body repairs so the quality is questionable having to do with lines. My wife has a better better eye than I do , she questions the quality.

Seems like a lack of communication. My car was supposed to be done on a Thursday, and I had to call and ask about my car 30 minutes before they closed Just to find out my car wouldn’t be done that day. I was assured my car would be done late morning the next day ( Friday) . Still nothing waiting all day long to hear. And 21 minutes after closing I get an auto text saying my car is done and ready for pick up. You guys aren’t opened on weekends. I finally was able to get my car that Monday but not until 330 in the afternoon. And then the car rental place called me with an owed balance because there was ZERO communication to me and to the rental car place you guys work so well with
