I’ve been waiting to speak with the manager but they have yet to return my call to address my concerns themselves. I was told by a front desk staff that I can bring the car back on Thursday but my request to speak to a manager has been ignored when I asked. I will be sending an email with pictures/videos and a list of the issues so they can be prepared for the amount of additional work that is going to be required.
