Was very happy with the service and communication between them and myself. I was kept informed on the progress and my insurance company. Key collision and the car rental company coordinated, picking up and dropping off so convenient and stress free. Was also impressed with the woman managing the counter. She explained everything perfectly and also made calls with updates, even though I was getting texts. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone in need of assistance.

Everyone was extremely professional and kind, from the moment I recess call to schedule the appointment to the day I picked up my car. The process was efficient and well explained by Nicole. Mike was prompt is providing an estimate for additional work needed on the car. The work was completed well within the estimated time and I was kept current of the status along the way. This was my first experience with Key Collision and I was very impressed all around.
