Excellent experience. Staff was incredible helpful and friendly. There was a mix up with my appointment/insurance submission and Donna took the time to clear everything up on the spot and make sure I was able to get a rental. The estimated work on my car was done faster than anticipated. I will definitely be recommending to others and coming back for any needs in the future.

Overall, great experience! Everyone was so nice. Just a couple of constructive things… My car took a really long time, and I understand that you were waiting for parts. I just wish I had received some updates. Also, I don’t have a problem with the fact that you charge a transaction fee for a credit card, but I wish I had just known about it before I went to swipe my card. It would be great if you disclosed that at the drop off time.
