When I check my Lexus out I saw some area where they did not take care of when I bought my Lexus in for the appraisal inspection I pointed out all the damage and they did not touch it plus i had to wait ten days before I got my Lexus back because they didn't do nothing with it for a week because they couldn't fine the damage they call me i told them when I came into for the appraisal they found it and they started that Monday and I got it back on Friday I checked it when I got home that when I discovered they didn't get all of the repairs completed and it was on my wing tip that didn't get repair.

My 2015 Subaru Crosstrek Sport was repaired perfectly, properly & completed like a brand new car! Everyone @ the Shop were awesome, understanding & personable. I cannot say anything but GOOD & great work done there from the office to the repair people, etc. KG Auto Collision is a highly reputable, personable & amazing in my "book"!

The customer service and convenience were very attractive. I just feel like there is not sufficient attention to detail and no real remorse or offers of compensation when errors are brought to management's attention.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee had to be returned for further work because a door that was repaired was done so incorrectly--the lock no longer worked when we got it back.

The only thing I saw was that the inside of the truck (I.e. steering wheel, counsel) had not been wiped down . It had a lot of grease marks on it. Overall though I was happy with work due me on the truck.

Communicatipn could be improved regarding the status of the vehicle. We always needed to initiate contact instead of being provided updates at minimum weekly. It was a long 8 weeks. I guess if we would have been told the length up front that the vehicle "could possibly" take that long we wouldn't have needed to hound the shop for updates. We picked the vehicle up yesterday and so far we are very satisfied with the work performed.

No communication. Put wrong tire on had to come back. Promised tire would.be done less than hour I told.him I had appointment to be at. He then blamed shop next door and told.me i can wait over there for tire, 2.5 hours later done. Then they didn't collect proper.payment from me and wouldn't take phone payment with debit card so I had to go back up there again. Also no alignment done I believe.car is out of alignment dude to car getting hit in tire but I afraid to go back up there

The car should come back without new blemishes/scratches. The work done on the damaged area is perfect, but kind of nullifies it when you find other unexpected marks/scratches.

I recently had my car repaired at your collision center and the area repaired you can’t tell and 100% happy with it as I know a lot of time went into this repair. However, when I picked up my car back I noticed the spoiler having dirt/stain and blemishes/scratches on it and the clear plastic where the speedometer is located had deep blemishes/scratches. This was not present when I dropped off the car. I know the trunk was opened and closed multiple times on my Lexus app and alarms going where Lexus reached out to me to confirm issue and let them know it was in for repair. Honestly, I’m just disappointed and surprised seeing this as I spent a lot on purchasing this car and trying to keep it as nice as possible for years to come.
