The work was completed one day ahead of time and the shop assisted me when my insurance did not have them listed as their choice of shops. I needed a certified BMW collision repair shop and KG Collision is thee place to go. My paint matches the rest of my car. My car was treated with velvet gloves and handed back to me in superior condition. They handled my rental pick up and took care of my rental drop off for me so I did not have to worry about it. I hope I do not have to return for any reason in the future but if something should happen I will travel to KG Collision as my # 1 choice. Thank you Katie for everything and to all the guys in back I wish I could thank you personally!! Seriously your work is amazing!

I want to thank the nice men that after mixing my car helper answer some questions about my sunroof. One of the men (lives near Garretsville I remember) could tell I was frustrated and was empathetic in helping resolve the matter. The other two were super personable as well. Goes a long way!
