I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the repair work performed on my vehicle. The car was not properly repaired and continues to have issues. I returned 10 days ago and clearly instructed your team to thoroughly inspect everything because I was hearing a noise after the accident. My concerns were communicated clearly, yet the problem remains unresolved. This indicates that the inspection and repair process was incomplete or careless. Prior to the accident, my vehicle was in excellent condition with no mechanical issues. I trusted your facility to restore it to that condition, and that has not happened. At this point, I have serious concerns about the workmanship and quality control standards applied to my vehicle.
