I received and email stating the car was done and that I would receive a phone call to arrange pick up. I never received a call. I find out today that the case was closed on 6/14 but the car wasn't picked up until 6/16 d/t waiting for a phone call. I have been charged for two days for the rental car because of this!

Great follow up throughout the process and the people I dealt with throughout were great. Car was also done inside a week which was great! Highly recommend.
