Great communication, super fast turnaround, and seamless rental car experience. Plus, Ganley collision also does a quick interior/exterior wash of your car, which I appreciate. This is my second time here, unfortunately, but I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Communication was awful.After getting a text that my car was ready I got a text thanking me for picking up my vehicle…which I hadn’t That made me curious and when I called they said oh that was sent because the file was closed but my car was there and ready. The whole texting experience start to finish was inaccurate and deceptive. There no calls that were not initiated by me. Not that the part was n back order not that my car wasn’t ready on first estimated date no call when the car was actually ready. Communications are terrible
