Was given a date to drop off vehicle & did so only to find out vehicle sat because parts were not completely ordered, so I had to pick up vehicle to use until all parts ordered and arrived. Keep in mind estimate and payment arrangements made 3 weeks prior to first drop off of vehicle and Jerry said a date wouldn’t happen until all parts are on hand and ready.

I would appreciate when the going to do the bodywork. They could’ve told me that everything needed to be cleared out of the back of the bed and they were going to remove my back cover. I did not appreciate them filing everything up in a pile and not put it back how I had it. Please have better communication with customers.

Took 5 days longer on my car than it was quoted. I have the Kia app and I can see when my car is unlocked or moved. They lied to me about working on my car when it sat and was not touched for 3 days. I will not be going back.
