Estimate done quickly. Some cancellations by other customers allowed our repair to be schedule sooner than expected. Work completed sooner than promised. Very satisfied.

Was quite impressed. Couldn’t believe they vacuumed and cleaned my whole car. Even the mess from my kids in the back seat.

Repair was fine. New damage was the issue

There was added paint damage to the front passenger panel. While there were already scratches on the passengers side, there was a new one (deeper, darker than the rest) from the time it was in your shop. I didnt notice until after i left the shop (should have inspected while there) and i knew my chances of finding you responsible were slim, so I didnt say anything, until you asked for feedback. You are nice guys, but the added damage without saying anything left me pretty bummed.

Lack of trust, unplugging GPS, driving hundreds of miles on a brand new car and then not having any kind of explanation for it.

There is still some work left to be done.

The work was good but what we were really disappointed about is that while the car with with Kilcoyne someone unplugged a GPS tracked that is plugged in the diagnostics port and then proceeded to put about 200 miles on the car. Mind you that the car was brand new and only had 200 miles when we brought it in, something that is clearly documented with the insurance company and the GPS device itself. Kilcoyne effectively doudbled the number of miles on the car and purposely tried to hide it from us but unplugging our GPS tracker but then being sure to plug it back in before the car was returned. When we realized this and called to understand what happened the person who answered the phone said "I don't have an explanation for you, I don't know what to tell you". This is a complete violation of trust with one the largest financial investments that we own.
