Where do I start...My wife's car was damaged and I pass Kimbrell's often so I stopped by there facility unannounced. I spoke with the owners wife Jessie who was very nice and helpful. She took pics of the damage and said she would be in touch. She called a day or two later as did the shop foreman also. Long story short, I passed them my insurance claim # and within days had an estimate. I dropped the car a couple days later and within a few days after I received a call that it was ready for pickup. Unbelievably fast, great work, and a lifetime warranty on their repairs and/or workmanship. I'd highly recommend them, very organized, friendly, and do great work.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Will and Adam were both incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, gave me a great price, and had my car repaired and back to me in less than a week. The quality of the work was outstanding.
