Mgt was not friendly nor was the office personnel. It was like this is the way we do business and we don't need yours if you don't like. I took another car to a different shop for appraisal.

And the part replaced isn’t staying. i scheduled a second appointment and cancelled bc i’ve tried to fix it myself and it stayed for a while but it’s still not staying so i’ll still have to come in again

Thanks for washing my car… The person who did the interior sprayed something and clearly didn’t wipe it bc it’s dried down on my screens and stuff… And the part replaced isn’t staying. i scheduled a second appointment and cancelled bc i’ve tried to fix it myself and it stayed for a while but it’s still not staying so i’ll still have to come in again
