My tag was lost during this process, but I cannot say that it was lost by Kimbrell's b/c another mechanic had my car first and it was towed (4) different times but Adam took responsibility for it and made it right. My car repairs were mechanical, so Kimbrell's subcontracted it out to a mechanic. I am currently waiting to hear back as to when he can take a look a look @ my car b/c it is idling very low & tries to cut off @ red lights. Adam is aware and is reaching out to the mechanic.

I had the best experience with this. Car repair company. They were so helpful. I'm left getting everything done. I was traveling through the area and had an accident, and they wouldn't quickly got everything taken care of. If I lived in the area, this is the place I would go to.

Kassie and Adam were absolutely amazing to work with! They were up front, honest, kept me informed and on the loop, and treated me and my vehicle like they would their own! I put a claim in through my insurance and they called me to ask when I could bring my car in before I even got the chance. They called to confirm as well. They finished my car within 3 days and it looked great. Highly recommend!
