You gave me the car with additional damage and you charge the insurance company for repairs that you were not able to perform.

Your office is full of individuals with inflated egos. They treated me as if I owed them something—arrogant and dismissive, with extremely poor communication skills. I fail to understand how a business can operate in this manner. Additionally, no one followed up with me; I was constantly the one calling for updates. To make matters worse, no one mentioned the broken pieces until I arrived to pick up the car, leaving me under the impression that everything was complete. This experience was deeply frustrating and unacceptable.

Overall we got things accomplished working at a distance on behalf of my mother was challenging but overall you all did what you needed to do. Sounds like it was more of an insurance that your fault.
