Everything about my experience with King brothers was excellent. I shopped around quite a bit in the Ann Arbor/Ypsi area where I live and either got a crazy high estimate or something on par with King brothers but with a ridiculous delay before they could start working and much longer time to work on the job. I had none of those problems with King brothers. It was absolutely worth making the drive to Livonia. One shop told me it was gonna take five days to do the work but you all got in done in half a day. I especially appreciate the estimator Tyler Martinez who made the whole process painless and efficient. I will absolutely be recommending King brothers collision to others.

I would definitely refer King Brothers to other people. They did a wonderful job. Beck was very helpful and communicated very well with us from start to finish. They did a great job on body work and repair . Received my car back in excellent condition and inside was all cleaned up as well. A++ job Thank you

Considering that I had to bring my car back because the quality of putting it back together was horrible and I am now in another rental I would not say I am satisfied. On the positive side when the manager Jenna took over communication and reviewed my car with me she has been great to work with.
