Everyone is friendly. My issue was how long it took to fix my door, three weeks. When I got the car back, the wheel well plastic liner wasn't attached properly. I drove it out of town and it made a horrible noise and the friction against the tire melted the flap. They are going to replace it, but it's another trip there and more waiting.

Repair work was fine and communication on repairs. Nice that cleaned vehicle. Wife was not happy seats were laid down, radio station was change to some pop station and blasting, and either dirty hands or hat go black on incisors and headliner.
