Absolutely amazing from the very first phone call I made to them until we picked our car up they took care of everything for us and my car was in better shape as far as being clean as it was the day I bought my car unbelievable service friendly people fast service couldn’t ask for better hope I don’t ever have to use any kind of place like this again but if I do kings collision will be my place of choice!! 5 star in my eyes !

Had one headlight that worked and bulb wasn’t put back in battery hold down missing and air filter clip missing fender flare loose tire rumbbing fender windows was smeared from clean up and I fixed the lights my self and had the truck from august 11 till oct 1 and had appointment for the 11th the paint job was the only thing that I was satisfied about and would not recommend this place because it wasn’t inspected before I picked truck up and don’t know how they going to fix fender where it’s rubbing fender and it’s got to be fixed in one day what ever it is because I have to have it it’s my work truck

Truck wasn’t inspected before pick up had to fix lights my self battery hold down missing air breather clip missing some screws not in grill tire rubbing fender so I’m not satisfied at all and took entirely too long to fix and all parts was available in Knoxville I checked my self

The car wasn’t ready when they gave me a date to pick it up the tire was flat when I picked it up and the left wind shield wiper was broke off.
