Steve was amazing and the work the shop did was incredible. They made my car look like new , and they got my car back to me in a timely manner and they treat their clients great. Steve even went out of his way to drop me off at enterprise after enterprise didn’t pick me up. Amazing shop. Thank You.

The fact that this is a Cadillac and Allstate (my insurance carrier) certified shop, and the exterior fit and finish is excellent would lead me to recommend King O'Rourke Auto with the caveat that they be prepared to leave the vehicle behind on 'pickup day'

Steve Tucci, the Body Shop manager was a 9+ - personable and accommodating. but should have caught the following before letting me know the car was ready: The folks who did the work left the interior with a pungent paint odor, fine dust covering the the dash, and windshield (interior), over spray on the windshield exterior, and a very coarse weld on the lower rear interior edges of the front passenger doors
